Emergency & critical care

REGISTERED VETERINARY NURSE · UK
Emergency and critical care, anaesthesia, inpatient nursing and wildlife — backed by 34 years in veterinary practice.

I'm Pete, a registered veterinary nurse with 34 years of experience across general practice, emergency and critical care, and wildlife nursing.
From my early nursing days in Newcastle to night emergency work in Sussex, I've worked alongside brilliant veterinary teams, cared for countless patients and learnt that calm, practical nursing makes a real difference.
My approach is straightforward: work hard, support the team, and never lose sight of the animal in front of you.
